cs5 is making me frustarated help please

okay im getting angry because i dont know what to do at all and its all confusing if somone could help me learn atleast howto get a thing to draw on that would be great but i just downloaded and im ready to give up and switch to my crappy free one.

File > New
Then fill out the attributes.

Also, you can goto File > Open, and edit already existing images.

lol and when i paste a pic from google its uber small and i dont know why

Are you just draggin the picture off of the google images page? Click the image you want and let it load to full size. <- If you're already doing that, then it's just a tiny picture.
