I have been thinking if I should jailbreak my iPod. I know that it can void your warranty and has malicious apps for download but I don't use warranty really and I'm very careful at downloading apps. I just don't know though so could you please respond. Thanks!

yeah go for it knibbler jailbroke is iphone and he seemed to be happy with it :)

long as you do your homework and be careful you'll only be pleased with the results. Just make sure you know what you're dl'ing and installing!

Well I was just going to go to "jailbreak me .net"(or whatever it is) on my iPod would that do fine?

And I have some more questions. When I jailbreak it will all my data still be there? if not How can I back the data up?

I could do the research for you, but if you can't find the answers to these questions on google you should probably hesitate before jailbreaking your iPod because you might need to troubleshoot issues with the iPod after it's jailbroken.
