I think that the PS3 is also a failure because of Blu-Ray...
It isn't going to be popular.
It will be like Betamax, and fail.
The Blu-Ray adds way to much to the price

yep, besides the lame games and the fact even before putting it on the internet it knew it had to be upgraded, it could not properly scale bluray movies.
They also couldn't play standard media formats, couldn't connect to ipods and generally froze when you replied to messages.
Personally after spending that much on a console i'd want it to just WORK

They have to charge that - besides the most popular reason - the bluray drive because of all the factories they had to build and they cost $1.5billion each and i think they made 4 or something?

yea i know that but still lol, take out the blu-ray and it becomes $300 cheaper

and sony isnt in debt, they are already a multi-billion dollar company - they can pay off anyone they wish

PS3 is such a failure because it is so DARN EXPENSIVE for just the low cost one and its so DARN RETARTED that you can only play against other citizens in your country and not the World Of Warcraft level 145 Japan kid.

when i said in debt i ment in a business way when they made a ton of ps3's wasting alot of money and they need to break even b4 they make it cheaper
