Damn that looks good, I need to get my hands on a new laptop, because my battery needs to be replaced, it died or something like that, so I might as well get a Macbook.

Well that laptop is amazing. 4GB RAM, 500GB of storage, integrated AND dedicated ATi cards, 512mb DX11, HD LED display and a triple core processor... and it was a bargain!

Pretty nice rig. Still doesn't beat mine though :P
I don't like the feel of laptops...
And I bet that can't fit a GeForce graphics card in it.
But if it is what you work with, then HAPPY EARLY BURTHENDAY!

It's not my primary system, so it doesn't bother me if I can't fit a GeForce in it :P
My actual PC is a monster, which I use for gaming. It won't fit a GeForce in my new laptop, but it's still a damn good laptop for gaming. I won't even use it for gaming, really. I had it bought for me so that I could do my writing and my work anywhere I wanted, so it suits me down to the ground that it turned out to be a frigging awesome laptop! I can game between writing articles in bed, out in the garden or on my travels, win :D
4MB RAM
I hope you meant GB..
Anyways, That's basically my laptop...Cept I have an ASUS. You will be happy. Enjoy it.

Some do. Mine has a 1.5GB GeForce GTX 460M.

The base of this "laptop" must be a foot tall. :P

GeForce is just NVIDIA's brand, has nothing to do with the size :P the M indicates 'mobility' and it's no where near the size of a desktop GPU. Lots of laptops have quality graphics cards.
On topic: Looks like a pretty awesome machine Jay, happy (very) early birthday!

I have a GeForce 8800 GTX, wich takes up the whole width of my computer.
Obviously, all graphics cards aren't big, but mine is, which means it is better.

Size doesn't mean that a card is better than the other :P by no stretch of the imagination.

Not at all. :P Got a 17" screen, and the part of the laptop that holds all the guts is only like.. 2 inches thick max. It's probably less than that.

It was a joke, I honestly have no knowledge of hardware, it took me 14 days with all the parts to get this to work.. :P

Hardware is a nightmare to start with. Though I've taken apart and built so many PCs in the past that it's just gotten routine... I don't think I would have bothered otherwise! It helps that my Dad was the main IT guy in the Ford plant near where I live :P

I just got my new laptop from Horize. Company makes custom laptops with nearly anything you can imagine. Used to have an Alienware m15x but the FX overkill slows the machine. I love the fact that my new notebook (p151hm1 by Horize. can't give links but when in doubt - google :p) is simple, to the point and fast. I get around 60 fps on Skyrim with settings on max and the 4Gb patch and mods.
