For all you anime lovers that don't mind watching subbed anime, go check this fresh little gem out. It might be a little pervy but no blatant nudity or anything like that. The link has a brief summary on the anime but it really doesn't do it justice. Even the opening title + song rocks, which really can win me over depending on the type of anime. Contains 12 episodes so you don't have to fully commit yourselves to it. Enjoy.
