Opinion on classical music

I was curious to see y'alls opinions on classical music, such as Mozart's Moonlight Sonata for piano, or Schumann's Adagio and Allegro for French Horn. Maybe it's because I play horn and ive been exposed to it for so long, but I personally enjoy the sounds of classical music over the modern, digital compositions.

It depends on what you mean by "digital compositions" because I absolutely love electronic music, but I also really enjoy classical music. It's not something I have on my ipod or anything, but if it's playing I can enjoy it greatly. Same with jazz.

it's long yes, but so are classical pieces, no? They're not that heavy (about as heavy as Iron Maiden) but the drummer is in love with classical music, and he writes a lot of the compositions and performs the piano parts.

By digital composition I meant those songs that are more auto-tune and precise editing than they are peoples real voices and musical abilities. I enjoy songs such as the one you posted, and I also listen to Guns N' Roses, and even Skillet.

I play the flute, so I do think that you have more appreciation for it if you play an instrument.

I love classical music because to me it's really the best example of human musical expression of emotions. You can really feel it and although I love rock and rap and dubstep, classical will always own a piece of my heart for being truly art and something I can always get a deep reaction from.

Love classical. My 14 year old sister listens to more classical music than anyone I've ever met, always recommending various tunes. She was actually given **** in school last year for listing one of Mozart's Violin Sonatas as her favorite song. Stupid ****ing kids, didn't phase her a bit, though.

While I do enjoy the "classic" classical music I actually think I enjoy folk melodies better. Using rarer instruments that have that kind of unique sound.
