A million GFP

No wonder the rich gets richer.

As most of you may know we have 2 banks, first one is the Bank with the link in the nav bar, and the other is through the usercp. The one in the usercp is actually the one that comes with the GFP system, the other bank exists because I added that on before the GFP system came with the update to include its own bank. I had money in both banks just for the hell of it.

Today I checked and I had well over a million GFP in there. All from interest. I can't give myself GFP and I haven't put any GFP people have given me for username and usertitle changes for years.

Might revamp the gfp system when we upgrade later. What do you guys think?

How does it feel to be a millionaire :P As for revamping the system. I think it'd be a good idea to brainstorm for things to do with GFP. As of this moment it seems we're all just collecting it. Well besides me who gives it away hehe

10 steam dollars is actual 10 dollars. And we have plenty of people who could make me poorer than I already am.

But I meant to say 'reboot' the system (but give out certain amounts to users who are active) because right now the GFP isn't worth much and the more GFP people have, the less its worth. Revamp also works in terms of how much is given out per thread (per post seems fine I think, per thread is 3 gfp), and the amount of interest people can get.

I don't know, just something that popped into my head when I saw my account.

Unless steam agrees to accept actual GFP as currency.

maybe take away the interest on the banks, i think that might be a source of the exploding currency problems. our currency will just keep expanding and expanding because of it sitting in the bank.

Yeah, that was the whole point of the bank though. Will be getting rid of the one that doesn't come with the system after the upgrade.

edit: just checked, can't edit interest amount. I know there is an update to the system, maybe it'll be an option there.

I had like 5k or around there in the bank under cp, when I was away for a year or so it turned into 60k lol. I think we just need more options with the GFP, not really sure what you could with it, but arcade and casino aren't enough.

I want to do something with the system first to show that it has some Value before contacting them. I will also have to think about what I'd want to say to make sure I don't come out looking like a spammer.

Take some marketing classes and business classes. Then make your move.
Or just email them:

"HEY IM THE ADMIN OF GAMERS-FORUM.COM PLEASE SPONSOR US THX"
