Im tempted to leave it at that and let you piece my idea together. But to many of you would point out that the bioware replica is out of stock. I know this, the idea is to take any hugely popular sci fi weapon of any kind that shoots laserish ammo and make it a working (though less deadly) replica.
I am pretty sure if I had an avenger replica that popped balloons I could find a buyer for that. For $2000.
If you know any sci fi guns that would be perfect for this project let me know.
