This takes the jokes about a bricked Xbox 360 to a whole other level.
This past Friday a police patrol in El Paso stopped a vehicle for failing to signal at a turn. After searching the car, deputies found a brick-like bundle full of cocaine. But we wouldn’t be reporting this if it didn’t have an amusing little twist to it.
After noticing that the driver kept glancing at a suitcase resting on the passenger seat, a K-9 unit was dispatched to the scene to sniff out any other illicit substances. And in the suitcase they found a hollowed-out Xbox 360 with yet another two bricks of cocaine inside. A grand total of 1.8kg (about 1.5lbs).
The driver, Carlos Valenzuela (42) has been charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and placed on a $25,000 bond.
We’re also pretty sure this constitutes the sort of “hardware modification” that would probably get you banned from Xbox Live.
Made me lol.
