No talk of Guild wars 2? Also, hi, im new. ^^

Hey, im new to this site but have been a solo gamer for a long time. I am trying to branch out and find friends with the same passion for gaming as I have. One of the games im hopping to be jumping into is guild wars 2 once it comes out. However I noticed no one seems to be talking about that, how come?

Im into other things as well, roleplaying, being one of them. I am also halfway through my first college quarter which is something new lol. Anyway, if anyone wants to chat, feel free to message me.

I was never a fan of the original guild wars, it felt too much like a single player game. I played WoW for awhile before it, got bored so I downloaded the trial of guild wars and didn't really like it. So never expected much from guild wars 2 either.

Hello! Other games i like? Well thats a very long list lol. I will name the top ones I think about most, which would be Mass Effect series, borderlands, (cant wait until i can afford borderlands 2 lol) portal, and portal 2. One game I really like that not many people know about is premonition. At least no one I talk to has ever heard of it before, it is an amazing game, though the graphics make it look like its older then it really is. The gameplay is epic! If you are into solving a mystery and killing some otherworldly demons at the same time lol.

P.S. Does anyone know who to talk to about a problem. It says that I dont have permission to edit my profile, or anything about me, even though i did already activate my email through that link. I sent a complaint through contact us, but I havent gotten anything back.

Wow I totally missed that. I didnt see the thread on rules before, but I have read them now. So then, moving on lol, so what about the other games I mentioned? You said you didnt really like the first guild wars but do you like portal? I think its an epic puzzle game. Although its a shame I dont really get to play with other people.

To be honest, I never really played the first guild wars two, I didnt find out about the series until recently, but after watching the videos on it, it looks awesome. Plus, no monthly subscription sounds pretty good to a broke gamer lol.

Yeah, I love portal, puzzle games like that are really good, I wish that there were more of them. I don't have the game my self, but my friend does and I beat it single player and we both played through multilayer. Can't wait till portal 3, definitely going to be pre ordering it.

I've never read much about guild wars two, but yeah the no monthly fee brings a lot more people to the game. With college starting up soon, getting an MMO would be a horrible idea for me. If i hear good things about it, may be something to look at during winter break though, have to see if it is any better than the first.

Well im currently in college and since I dont work, I find I have quite a bit of free time on my hands, hence why I can handle a god mmo. But I cant get the game until I have a better internet connection. I can barely play a youtube video with my current connection let alone a full game. Hopefully that will be soon, lol.

I absolutely love portal. Best puzzle game ever. The second game was even better. Plus mass effect and borderlands are great games too. I haven't played dragon age yet though. Looking forward to borderlands 2 and playing mass effect 3.

im looking forward to playing borderlands 2 and mass effect 3 when i can as well. I havent been able to get it because i dont have an x-box360 anymore. I have never played dragon age either, mainly because i was told once that it wasnt that good, and even if it is a good game I have so many others that i want to play so much that i dont really have the time ( mainly money lol) to get them.

I used to have a very crappy computer, i recently was bought a new laptop because of joining college classes at ITT-Tech. It can handle any games, however my internet can not lol.
