It is a PC Game because the loading screen of the game is a revolver next to a keyboard and a monitor.. Its a 3d-ish game and with shooting and a little bit of strategy. I'm pretty sure you navigate your character with your mouse (I could be wrong) and it kinda reminds me of metal gear solid 1 (ariel view). I know this is not much of a lead but if you know anything similar please help me by dropping your suggestions... I really want to play it again. :(
