People do pass out sometimes. Two years ago one of my friends racked is nuts on a bike. He got to his knees and threw up everywhere then passed out in his puke. Was pretty nasty, I've never been hit hard in the nuts before, but even a light tap definitely hurts.

Yeah there is, it's measured with a MRI scan. They look at the activity in your brain and they can tell how much pain you're having, they use del as the unit for that measure.
