First Tournament Game

Well the first Arcade tournament will come in a few days. You will get notice of it in the Arcade News board so keep your eyes and mind open for that.

So if you had to recommend a game which would it be?

I will say TETRIS lol - for more than a few reasons.

Tournaments are 8 man tournaments and it is first come first server. You must reserve a spot for yourself.

I still have to test out the tournament tomorrow and see how it handles.

i will but just nominate games from what we have so far - there will be a poll tomorrow that will run for 48 hrs - tournament will be gin Thursay NIGHT 8 PM Est - I can't do it earlier since i wont be home

unless u guys want it friday then i can move it up to 5 pm est.

so far i've come up with these games that will be in the poll - you can add on more

Tetris
Snake
Snakeman Steve
501 Darts

you can vote to kick any of these games or add on more but at the end we'll have just 3 games in that poll because i doubt we'll have that many people to vote

Im not very good at either of those games XD lol but i guess they seem like tournament type games.

Lol i cant think of any games that would be good for a tournament lol. For example snake and tetris is really good for tournaments im just not good at them rofl.

I nominate Snake. I wouldn't go with Snakeman steve because the highest Snakeman steve score EVER is 4000 and I am at 3850 so I'm almost unbeatable lol

I say we should do a solitaire tournament as their isn't a high score for that :-)

you cant enter high score for solitaire - something wrong with swf file, i cant edit it without screwing something up lol so i left it alone - solitaire and Aski are out of the question because they both have problems at the moment.

i will finalize the games tonite and post the poll so watch out for that - poll ends friday afternoon!

Ooooooh, sorry I should actually read and understand it all first before I post :-P try fix parashoot panic too, it has a glinch when you got 80 (best) you can't submit that score :-(

I think linux can remove games from tehre now though so i think he should remove that

parachute panic is out too since it has a maximum score you an achieve lol

im not gonna remove any games yet lol, im gonna see if there are fixes too all of those - aski used to work before but after conversion its running into problems

but if anyone wants to vote out a game just make a poll and if enough votes are received i'll take it off :) only way to be fair to people that want to keep the game and those that want to take it out

I wouldnt mind doing 501 darts as a darts tournament.

everyone will get three tries before submitting and since 501 darts doesnt reload after its over, dont know how it'll work lol, we may have to test it later and see
