I saw this on reedit a little bit ago, apparently some hacker found a way to kill players and NPC's instantly. It reminded me of the southpark episode that had WoW in it, made me laugh a little.

Wow...I bet that's a headache for Blizzard.

Oh wow... Im pretty sure Blizzard just lost some subs from that. I am curious as to how they did the attack and what was the cause of the issue.According to the article I read, from Joystiq, they easily hotfixed the problem. I truly hope it wasnt something that was foreseen and ignored. Blizzard has had a rep of doing that from time to time.
