hi... What are normal rates for fraps when plas a game

If you mean the fps it totally depends on how high fps you got normally, for me its maybe 10 less fps when I have fraps on sometimes more, sometimes less.

You should see some performance decrease but it isn't a lot. Probably 5-10 FPS less.

I use Fraps since 2 years, it depends on the configuration.

If you put 30 FPS then the game will run at 25-30fps too.
If you put 60 FPS then the game will run at 50-60 fps.

But you need a hell of hardware and a lot of saving capabilities, just saying.
