Hello everyone,
I have been looking into a cheap voice server that I can pay yearly for. My budget is £15 for a year, I don't mind if it's teamspeak or mumble or anything else but any suggestions plese reply! I am doing this for my minecraft server that can be reached at the iP: 88.198.224.245:25598

I believe teamspeak is free. That should serve you well. If not there's always Skype :p

Teamspeak is free to download but not to host a server, we are using skype ATM but sometimes players dont have skype or aren't allowed it.

This thread (http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php/45887-Is-the-TeamSpeak-Server-for-free) on the teamspeak website seems to indicate otherwise.
If your computer can handle it you should be able to download the server software from here (http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads) and run your own server.

Ventrilo also allows a 8 person server hosted for free, TeamSpeak allows up to a 100 users on a free server, and Mumble can also be hosted for free but I don't know the limits.
It would be better to just host it yourself then to pay so little for a server from someone else because it may not be reliable and they won't have any incentive to provide you with good server.

Cheapest I could find was for $4 a month for a 10 person server. That is what a friend of mine uses to host the server that we use for WoW. Ask some friends if they'd like to help you pay :p
Info here (http://www.typefrag.com/).

Guess you don't keep your computer on 24/7 like I do.
People generally want a server 24/7, we have 2, people barely use them. So if you can time things out, you could save yourself some money.
Other than that, you can look here: Voice Servers (http://www.snaju.com/index.php/voice-servers)
They give us our servers, quality and service is great but don't think it's in your price range.
