I suggest downloading it from the AMD website and see if that works.

Links:
64 bit version: AMD Catalystâ„¢ Display Driver for Windows Vista/Windows 7 64-bit
(http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonaiw_vista64.aspx)

32 bit version: AMD Catalystâ„¢ Display Driver for Windows Vista/Windows 7 32-bit
(http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonaiw_vista32.aspx)

Also what is not working? Is it giving you an error message or something?

This is AMD's information page on Catalyst Software Suite 13.1. It doesn't look like your series of graphic card is not compatible with version 13.1 of the software.

Yes it is, he has the Radeon HD 6700 series. That's why they provide a download link for his graphics card on their website.

Ahh yes correct. Was looking in the mobile chipset family. Can you tell us exactly what happens when you try to install and run the software lefakhrur.

Edit:

This link may help. It is setup software from AMD's website. Not sure exactly what it does but it sounds like it checks your system for compatibility and installs AMD's software for you.

Hmm entering the graphics card brings me to a different page than what your links bring me too. No the downloads page it brings me to only has the driver setup software while yours has everything but.

I figured out why it was bringing me to a different page. I chose the option "Notebook Graphics" which brings me to this page:

32 bit: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-32.aspx

64 bit: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-64.aspx

Are you trying to run the graphics software on a laptop or on a desktop lefakhrur?

And while we are continuing to look into this here is a page from Tom's Hardware that gives information on the new Catalyst 13.1 software:

http://www.tomshardware.com/news/AMD-Catalyst-Driver-13.1,20588.html

The updates seems very underwhelming to me. The vast majority of the features are just for the 7000 series.

Hey I know you're just trying to help, but do you realize thy everything you posted has been incorrect or something already posted in my original post? All you're doing is making things more conplixated for the original poster. If you don't know what you're talking about its better that you don't post. The driver for the card does matter if its desktop or laptop, because its the same card.... Please don't confuse him anymore than you already have.

Actually there is indeed a difference between the desktop and notebook versions. AMD provides both regular desktop drivers and mobility drivers for notebooks. There are two separate links for Radeon desktop drivers and Mobility Radeon notebook drivers as seen on this page:

http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/drivers.aspx

The links just take you to the download pages we had posted before.

Dude, I'm telling you that they're the same, download them and look. Besides, cards that are for laptops, also no as Mobility has an M at the end of the number. His doesn't, so he obviously has a desktop which I already posted. So please, don't confuse him anymore than you already have,

The 6730 is a mobile card. Here is a list of all of Radeon's 6000 series cards:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northern_Islands_%28GPU_family%29

If you go down to the Vancouver series section you will see it. Plus searching google for AMD 6730 always brings up 6730M and AMD's website shows it as 6730M:
