How do i get rid of subcriptions?

Whenever I post in a thread i get a subsription i don't want it how do i keep it from giving me subcriptions?:confused1:

well if you mean yo do not want emails there is a checkbox in the control panel but i forget where it is lol

follow these steps:

go to usercp >> then go to edit options on the left panel >> then in the middle panel in the Messaging & Notification category - look at the dropdown box and click no email notification.
