Spartan Race

Lately I keep seeing stuff pop up for "Spartan Race" and I finally decided to check it out. Anyone heard of it? It's an endurance obstacle course designed to pummel you start to finish. They vary in length and obstacles venue to venue and there are varying levels of course. Being a smart person, I plan to start small with the sprint which is their smallest course.

That said, I've got some training to do. If anyone has done this or anything like it, got any advice for me?
