If I didn't already have them, I'd be all over that. Good find and these are great games for anyone who does not already have them. You should get them, you should play them, you should thank Mizel through every step of it.

I also already had them. I *love* the first couple of Fallout games. Too many people that have played 3 and New Vegas haven't ever played the first 2.

I'll admit, I played 3 before I played the originals but I had at least been exposed to them and was familiar with them. Pretty sure I dedicated the last holiday season to the old fallouts and I do not regret it.

Am I the only one who hates the first 2? The game play is so horrible and it really doesn't tell you anything when you start. It's basically a turn based game and I wanted my 5 dollars back when I bought them. I understand they're pretty old, but I get why I never heard of fallout until 3.

3 was the first one I ever played as well. Figured I should try out 1 and 2, so I downloaded them.

The first 2 are really hard to get used to at first. When I first started playing, I almost quit. Once you get used to the gameplay, they are awesome games and totally worth it.

I started the first one probably a dozen times before actually playing the whole way through it. Mostly because of glitch issues. The originals have a lot of issues with new operating systems. Considering it was made for MS-DOS OR Windows 95 I understand. I looked up it's system specs and it only needed 16 megs of RAM.
If you can get past the old graphics and the odd playstyle they have a lot of good content. They aren't super long but games of that time weren't. I still feel it has more story content than most of what comes out now days. It was pretty popular among PC gamers when they came out. Unfortunately those numbers were low at that time because of the PS1 domination that was new and conquering the market by that point.

I remember I started the first one, made my character or whatever. Then I battled with the rat, it killed me so I quit. Then I started up the second, realized it was the same thing, quit instantly. Might have to go back and give them a real try, but at this point I have way to many games I haven't even played yet.

Good content and hilarious at times.
Haha The one thing I always remember from playing the first one was accidentally pissing off an entire town and they kept killing me. I save often now :P

I had like 6 rotating saves cause I would do that all the time. Hmm lets pick this mob bosses pocket. Oh, oh they spotted me. dead....
Did you find the
****SPOILER****
glitch at the end of the game where you could hide behind the pillar to kill the final boss?

Awesome, thanks for the link Mizel.
I don't have any fallout games, so as soon as their site stops giving a 502 error, I'll sign up and get it. I'm assuming lots of other people are trying to jump on the opportunity too.

Got em ^_^ now I just need to get them in my steam library.
So after making a GOG account I see that I already have games in this library. Are any of them worth playing? The Treasure Adventure Game seems like it could be enjoyable lol

Yeah, I think it's pretty lame that GOG doesn't connect with steam.
But I've never tried any of the free games, though I've never tried half the games on my steam account either.

I've got about 7 games on GOG and all of them were free. I think the only time I ever go onto the site is to get free games :P
