Graphic card suggestions?

I have amd 6850 graphics card but I was thinking to buy something better and higher in specs and cost range to be something around 230-330 euros.. Any suggestions?
ps main reason for this is because i want to play gta5 and some other new games in a ''better'' graphical settings.
