Do you prefer renting or owning?

Personally, I like ownership. :) Even though renting is much more affordable... and there's not a sense of wasting money when the game sucks.. there's just something about being able to revisit the game whenever I feel like it, instead of renting it over and over again.

owning for sure, less of a hassle and u dont have to worry about if you damage it, usually rentals make you pay for the damages if any

I prefer to own the games I get. I don't like owning cause I can't get to finish most of my games even though I can beat a game in less then a week if its not a forever game.

depends on the replay value, or overall length of the game for me.
like halo 3, you have too own to enjoy it fully.

but, something easy is usually what i rent.

Another reason why I hate renting is if the person who had the game before you was a smoker then the game case stinks of smoke.

i wouildent mind renting before buying to check if its worth the wad of chash first.
to me it seems like a good idea,

lol i prefer owning.. like schoolbus said its good to actually have the games 2 call ur own.. tho (im not saying i do this but..) u can rent a game for cheap then burn it (if its c u can get a crack or w/e) (NOT THAT I DO THAT BECAUSE I TOLLY NVR BREAK THE LAW:rolleyes1:)

I like to own but renting the game never hurts... like say you want diablo 2 but youve never played it. rent it, try it, buy it.
