That's a AAA commercial right there.


Absolutely Atrocious Advertising.


They advertise their big games, all rated M, by having kids sing and not showing any footage of the games or any quotes from reviews. Brilliant job M$, you will move lots of 360s and software with this commercial.

I personally think the commercial is awesome. Maybe because I'm old enough to appreciate Poison. But it comes from a different angle then a few seconds of gameplay. Most people dont need to see gameplay of Halo 3, they know what it is. Microsoft is trying to convey that is system and community is where its at.

Hardly. Wii commercials actually show gameplay and people of different demographics having fun playing the game.

Hell, if I just bought a 360 and saw that commercial, it would have put me off the games that were on the there rather than get me interested...

That's how I felt about it the first time I saw it. Is it catchy and attention grabbing? Yes. Is it annoying and anger inducing? Hell yes ;-)
