It is not great, but once again it is an improvement on the last ones.
Try some new fonts as well for the text.
Keep at it!

Then dont colur it all! Use all kinds of brushes!

well i like the effects but the color doesn't go with the render and your text is wrong, u can make it white or at least put a stroke on it - 1 px white - it should make it stand out

it is an improvment though, keep it up! and keep practicing!
