Xbox 360 surpasses Xbox in Japan

That's right, the Xbox 360 has surpassed the original Xbox in total units sold in Japan. Although a lowly target, it's worth noting that the XB360 is officially more successful than its predecessor in Japan.

360 is awesome well actually the 360 sucks the games are what is awesome, not enough Japanese flavored games to push hardware, I'm really surprised Halo 3 opened up #1 the other week and sold 50k cause they hate FPS and really surprised 2 weeks ago it outsold PS3 by like 500 and almost sold 20k for the week which is huge cause there normally around 3k in Japan, I guess Japan really loves there Ace Combat 6, it actually stayed in the top 30 for 2 weeks in a row and with some luck it may sell 100k.
