I decided to make a Gears of War questions & answer thread. To solve some of my questions, and some other's.

Anyway, I'd like to ask.

1# I am at the part where you have met Alpha, Kim dies and you become the new Squad Leader, Seargant Fenix.
2# In the previous "chapter" I lost my Lancer by picking up something else. Do I get it back in the second chapter or something?
3# The Locust that killed Kim, is it like the queen or something?

Nope. Okay, more details. I am in the beginning, I just met up with Alpha, got the resonator and Kim was killed. I then get called and Hoffman says that I am now the new Squad Leader and calls me Seargant Fenix. I get spawned in this city in the middle of it.
