Just go to the arcade now and you should find a tournament button there from which you can enter.

you didnt miss too much - if you'd have played, it probably would have screwed you out of your score too

since the forum home page is now forum.php instead of the regular old index.php (its now the front page) the arcade was confused on where to go - i had to forward the index.php to go to forum.php instead of index.php lol - make sense?
