Bioshock, any one gonna give it another playthrough?

I guess after waiting so long for the DLC, ill give it one more, I thought the DLC would bring much more but hey what ever, just 2 questions.

If I already picked up SOME audio diaries, do I have to pick them all up again?

The new feature of turning off vita chambers (to make the achievement easier) if I die, will I return to my most resent save or what will happen?

Not finished it yet, got an xbox live account and have to start again lol ... but ill play it just to get the achievements and see the ending :D

No, one playthrough was enough for me, myself. Don't get me wrong -- it was a great game, but once you know the ending it's kind of meh.

Still need to get a 360 and play it through the first time, but once I get through it once I doubt I'll play it again as I hardly ever do.
