what if Jake can't do it. He starts passing in feb. for RB's we are great Foster is the short rush and Deangelo is the long play guy

sorry to dp but this thread is dead for far too long.
Anyways 2 trades as of late
1) Jason Taylor to the Redskins for Miami's 2nd in 2009 draft and a 6th in 2010 draft.
It was badly needed as the Redskins lost 2 DE for the season.
2) Jeremey Shockey to the Saints for a 2nd and a 5th(looks to be next yr picks)
good move on both parts.

I feel Favre will end up in Carolina soon
I don't, if he comes he stated he wants to be in a cold city....Charlotte or wherever Carolina is located in is not. I really hope he stays away though, I can't imagine him in a jersey other than the Packers, it still feels dirty looking at him as a Falcon as a rookie

Status Updated. I do hope that Farve comes down to Carolina, we are in great need of a solid quarterback.

before Jake Delhomme got injured he was doing fantastic, I don't think you can expect Farve to do what he did last yr..this yr if he plays. last yr was a weird yr, the previous 2 he threw 38 tds and 47 ints and low 70 qb rating.

Dunn, started doing worse his 05 year. Last year, he did terrible, but some of it was because Vick was out killing dogs.

Daunte Culpepper retired today, not surprised he didn't get a job he was totally overrating his market value. Packers offered him 1 million he turned it down, Steelers were about to sign both him and Byron Leftwich but they opted for just Leftwich when he was fine with a back up role and cap friendly 750k 1 yr deal, Culpepper thought if he were to sign he should have a opportunity to start, in his face as I guess he didn't get the memo that Big Ben is good+ just signed a 102 million contract with like 1/3 guaranteed

Luckly they still scored after that. Westbrook ran a td, which helped by Fantasy Team win. So I'm happy that he did it.
The eagles and cowboys game was amazing. That was probably the best game I have ever watched. I don't even like the teams that much. Games when both quarter backs are really good are always the best. I'm waiting on NYG and the colts to play. They played in 06, but now Eli is more experienced and it will be a lot better to watch. Epically if it was in the super bowl.

Looks like the falcons may make it too the play offs. Falcons beat the panthers today. The falcons schedule is pretty easy from here out. Maybe just one tough game against the chargers next week. The panthers look like they may only win 1 or 2 of there next games, which will push the falcons up to wild card for the conference. AS long as Dallas and Redskins don't start winning games like crazy..... It would be nice if the falcons moved up and won the conference. There only down by 1 game. If we don't win it, we will probably get a wild card.

He's suspended for the frist 6 games or something like that. So a team can pick him up and see how he acts and how fans act before they play him. I heard that he was talking to the Steelers and Patriots staff. Steelers are not going to grab him, but no word on the pats. It would be smart for them to pick him up. Brady keeps getting hurt and if anything he could be a HB. I'm sure Vik is in decent shape. Not much to do in prison but to work out.

Vick deserves back in, he did his time. If your upset about Vick, you better be upset about how others drove drunk and killed and then continued to play. On a side note, damn the Eagles are taking a hit. first Stewart Bradley then Cornelius Ingram., wher does it stop?
