Try going to deviantart.com and searching PSP Tutorials or GIMP Tutorials.
You're bound to find something good :]

oo I saw that, but that was for Adobe Photoshop, atleast I think so.

look closer, they have paintshop and gimp tuts as well, well gimp for sure, not 100% certain about corel paintshop

Try googling some.
Just type "GIMP Tutorials"
Or type "Corel PainShop Tutorials"
Either way, you will get something.
