Yup. Mac OS comes to mind off the top of my head, but there are tons more.

Unix is one, kinda like Linux
also FreeBSD - like unix but isn't part of unix lol and there are many more, not very popular these days since windows are the leading OS
Linux has a whole bunch of operating systems in branches and they all do different things so if you want to look at those as different OS then it is possible since some won't even remind you of linux
those include Red Hat, Fedora, CentOS, and like a 100 more

if you have to ask, then practically the answer is no ;) the reason being that other operating systems have a much smaller user-base, so you'd probably struggle to install and use them. good fun though, if you've got the stomach for it :)
