Global Warming

Global Warming has been an issue these days since this past summer we have had about a wekk of triple digit temperature here in New York. And globally, the Earth has been the hottest in 2000 years. I want to know what your position is on Global Warming.

Do you think its real? Do you think its just a hoax? Or do you not know what global warming is?

For me, i think it is real, i have done research on this for school and it appears to be real. Looking at the news and science researches, this happens to be real.

I always thought that global warming was a time when the whole world just got warm...hey, it made sense to me when I thought of it... :P, but anyway, yeah I guess it is real...I think the hottest place on the face of the Earth is like in Miami; if there are triple digit temperatures in New York during summer, than I can't imagine what it is in Miami, or even Texas or Arizona...ouch! :o

I live in hollywood FL and right now the temperture is great int he summers it's great aswell.. I live 10 mins away from Miami :)

Here we don't get mcuh triple digits I thoguht thats only for like Pheonix or somthing..lol

Around here, in southern Kentucky, it doesn't snow anymore. I like snow, we're lucky if it does. Stupid global warming...........

Don't worry, we have about a week and a quarter left...be patient, it'll come as soon as a good cold front passes through (I feltl like a real meterologist when I said that...)

lol, its cold today and no cloud in sight :) no cloud is good i guess, snow will just screw people up, but i still like it, a little flurry would be nice santa ;D

I haven't had snow in like 2 or 3 years. I'm starting to miss it. Let's see if I can even remeber what it looks like........hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmm...............oh yes, it's pink.

Its January and there is no snow on the ground.

There was some snow in December, but it melted.

in fact its 54 degrees out right now! o_O

But thats ok. I hate snow anyways >.<

What's wrong with snow? It's ok with me, I don't always love to play in it. But it really gets me into the season to see snow. Hey, has anyone ever seen that Simpsons episode where it was in the future. And Maggy was in Alaska on a beach. That polar bear just colapsed and died right next to her and then Homer said, "Stupid wildlife". At least I think that's what happened. :-\

lol 54 degrees is nothing, here it was 69 degrees this afternoon when i was heading to work lol, its crazy, it's supposed to be hotter tomorrow, in the 70s lol, wow right? its global warming people, first december with no snow in almost 120 years lol, great huh? lol

ohhh yeaaa, the weather was beautiful lol, go out in short sleeves and enjoy the cool breeze :) i loved today, this is the type of weather i like, im gonna guess no snow in january this year lol, prediction for the future :)

Yeah i agree linux i do agree wit ya. Espically we are having record breaking winter this year in NY. Today january 6, 2007 was a remarkable 69 deegress :o. I have yet to see a droplet of snow this season, so yes I am a bit concerned about global warming.

yea its raining today here, heavily too, cats and dogs :) now is the time to use that figure of speech lol, good weather though, but its so gusty lol, they said winds can gust up to 50 mph, thats fast lol

It sucks here today...I went in the morning to catch my bus..I had to walk...And it was all slushy outside...And my socks got wet, In the morning :'(...So I had wet socks on for the whole day...Sucked a$$...And now it's just really windy...Here in montreal.

an update on this:

last week in Paris, France -- They shut off the lights to the Eiffel Tower for a whole FIVE minutes to conserve energy lol, wow that helped huh.

Already feeling like spring now here in NY, temperatures are rising fast.

Well, you gotta do what you gotta do, right? LOL; yeah it's pretty nice here, I hope it stays like this or creeps up to at least 60 by March (would be a great b-day present, or longer)
