Some Downtime Tonite (3/7/08)

I just got the message that there will be some emergency maintenance work done on the forum at around Midnight tonite to 1 AM tomorrow morning - They say one of the server components is lagging the whole thing when I have no idea what they are talking about.

I don't speak to the datacenter directly but with my host who is just the middle man and he was surprised as well.

The Downtime is expected to be around 15 minutes so it shouldn't be too much of a trouble.

Expect some downtime! sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!

How much times have Gamers-Forum have been down? What happend about 1 year without downtime. xD

the site actually went down at 12:45 AM instead of 12 AM as scheduled - they did what they can without causing downtime until they had to and they suck at estimating how long it'll take for them to do something, site was down for over an hour lol

but not many people were on when site went down and you came on because ur all the way on the other side of the world lol - u came on again a few minutes after it came back up


How much times have Gamers-Forum have been down? What happend about 1 year without downtime. xD

lol that would be crazy, but total downtime in the forum's history goes maybe 40 hours? i know it is high but it could be a bit more, i'll try to figure our how much exactly lol
