I think I'm going crazy.

So, this morning I came on GF and noticed that the forum had a darker gray than last night. (This is on the Red and Silver layout.)
And then I come on right now and the gray is even darker.
The gray is also darker on the drop down on my menu bar for internet explorer.
I feel like I'm going crazy, lol.

Anyone possibly know what could be going on?

what kind of monitor do you have? CRT or LCD? CRT Monitors tend to get dark after a while but getting darker and darker in the same day is new for me

is it just the gray ? or is the whole screen looking dark? and is it just with GF? cuz then that'll be freaky since it's just with one site

I have an HP w19e. I'm not exactly sure what type it is.
And it's only the gray that's getting darker and I think it's just GF.
I tried looking at the gray on myspace but I can't tell if it's darker or not.
The rest of the colors are the same.

I'm not sure if it's my screen getting darker because the white isn't turning to gray or anything, it's staying white.

It's so weird.

btw, CRTs are the big fat monitors, and the LCDs are the little flat thin monitors

my old CRT monitor is like 12 years old, everything is sooooooo dark. Blue looks like its dark violet and gray looks black and etc. lol, but that's throughout not just on the forum

it's weird why its happening to you, maybe you can take a screenshot and let's see if you are going crazy or if I can see it too lol

Ohh, I have an LCD then :]

It was most noticable to me in the red squares, especially the white on gray to the right.

ok..may be you are going crazy because i don't see a problem there, they seem fine to me both on my screen and your screen shot

weird but maybe if someone else sees this and confirms what's going on we can be a bit more sure

ask someone in your house lol, it could confirm if it is your monitor acting up

or even try another browser - i'd recommend opera or something

i can't have a gfx pro go crazy on me!! one is already banned and the other one disappeared
