In case you weren't very interested in a Fantasy RP like Project S.W.O.R.D., but were still interested in the RP idea, here is a different kind of RP for ya. Just to let you know, don't worry. Project S.W.O.R.D. is still running.
Welcome to "The Zombie Invasion." As you can guess, this RP is about zombies. This RP has no special story-line or evil enemy. This RP is all about survival. Here's how it goes:
On this planet Earth, there are many zombie movies. So many, infact, that you would think no one would be stupid enough to even try something that would trigger a zombie invasion. Well, guess what? You were WRONG. This world is, in fact, full of idiots who are willing to try things no matter what the risk. Now, we have to pay the penalty of their failed and foolish mistake. The world is now beginning to be exposed to this virus, and it cannot be stopped. Slowly, but surely the world will be consumed by this virus and will be overrun with the undead. YOU are still breathing. Will you last through the plague and rid the world of this evil virus? You'll just have to wait and find out...no...don't wait...FIGHT.

Name: (The name of your character.)
Age: (How old your character is.)
Gender: (What sex your character is.)
Hometown: (Where your character lives. Use real life places.)
Alignment: (What kind of attitude your character has towards other players. Choose from Rude, Friendly, Mature, Respectful, Helpful, Ruthless.)
Preferred Weapon: (What weapon your character seems to handle the best. Doesn't necessarily mean your character has this weapon at the beginning. :P)
Unique Skill(s): (A unique skill or ability that your character may have, such as mechanic skills or lock-picking.)
Appearance: (Describe the physical appearance of your character, or show a picture.)
Bio: (Write a short life story about your character, and explain how they found out about the zombie outbreak, and how they plan to live.)
Alright then, now that you've seen the guideline, you can start creating your character and join the RP!
Here's my character:
Name: Tanner
Age: 14
Gender: Male
Hometown: Yale, MI. (Fairly small town.)
Alignment: Mature
Preferred Weapon: .45 handgun, mini claymore, bow & arrow.
Unique Skills: Good conversationist, strong willpower, and specialist in medieval weaponry.
Appearance: White male with baggy, blue pants. Carries a Nintendo messenger-bag. Sports 2 wrist-bands and a Zelda ball cap. Wears glasses, Zelda jacket over a brown Blues Brothers t-shirt, and black skater shoes.
Bio: Tanner lives a very comfortable life with many challenges in High-School and other things of the sort. One day, he came home from school to find the front door wide open. He was curious, so he cautiously walked in. His parents were missing, and he noticed mud tracks from someone walking in. He couldn't recognize the shoe print in the track, so he quickly ran to his room to grab his mini claymore. On the way back down stairs, he heard a moan. Looking over the railing in fear, he saw a zombie, walking towards him. Tanner ran down the stairs to try and run away, but tripped right in front of it. The zombie reached down to bite him, but he managed to swing the sword fast enough to sever the zombie's head. Tanner collected his thoughts, and decided to gear up to find out what was going on. He packed his bag with standard survival equipment, a few days worth of rations, and a portable radio. He also ran through his fathers store room to find an extra weapon. He managed to find a .45, perfect for traveling. He also kept his claymore on his waste, and left a note for anyone who might pass into his house. His long journey would surely be dangerous, and he was prepared to fight for his survival...
Ok, that was a little longer than I wanted it to be, but still it works great. Alright, I hope you guys end up joining this not just because it's fun, but to keep on supporting the Role-Playing Forum idea. Thanks to everyone who has supported me so far! Enjoy the new RP!
