I found this, and its online, no downloads, and its very good, you can also have layers, so you can use it for SOTW's :yes:

It reminds me of an oekaki.

Erm whats, oekaki? lol, I tried using it, but it doesn't have a background eraser which I use on psp8 lol

An oekaki is an online drawing palette.
It's not really for graphics.
