Safari

Anyone here use Safari? It is a web browser like Internet Explorer and FireFox - I have it and I use it occasionally. It is pretty good but It's not even close to being my default browser.

It is made by Apple and it comes installed with all Mac computers. But it is compatible with Windows and Linux I believe (i think i have that on my server, not sure, will check later)

same, it's the fastest browser I have - but i got used to firefox, I use opera as a secondary browser and safari as my tertiary - I uninstalled Internet explorer since it was giving me problems lol

its not mac version of IE, not even close to being like IE - IE is crap, total crap - safari is at least a 100x better in my opinion

Hrm... your campaigning has peaked my interest. Speaking of IE being the devil... does anyone know to completely remove IE from Windows? I used to know how but i cant seem to get rid of the damned thing anymore.

to remove to go add/remove programs then on left side click add/remove windows components - then uncheck Internet Explorer and go on with the uninstall :)

I don't like safari, its great with Mac's, but its crap on my dads comp.

looks? lol, i usually go with performance, i couldn't care less how it looks on my desktop lol

I'ce been using Safari for YEARS now beacuse i've only had an Ibook and its been good to me. When ever i use IE now i feel down...

I am stuck at home using my parents computer while on my RnR... and he only has IE on his PC.... not even firefox... just IE... I miss Safari already!!!

I got it I use it as a back up with my gmail account incase anything happens to my aol one

but for me, just as good/fast as Internet Explorer
so there wsa no point in me having it.

the only time I ever used it was when I did a fantasy draft with my brother and dad on the same computer. We needed 3 different browsers or it wouldn't work.

Didn't really get used to it, so I'm sticking to firefox :]

I only use it if FireFox won't do something (rarely now, seems more websites are made for FireFox & IE instead of just IE).... it's pretty fast but FireFox is just so much more flexible.

its slow for you? really? wow, its my fastest browser - even faster than firefox - it turns on faster, it surfs a bit faster - but its still not my favorite lol - i like it, convenient at times

I have it, but don't use it. I already know where everything is in firefox. Don't feel like having to do it again.

I've got Safari on iPod Touch it's not bad actually because it's faster than the PS3 browser.
