I'm interesting to hosted a fansite in Neo Steam and need a good hosting with cpanel, don't be to expensive. :)

you can try hastyhost.com - they are decent and their servers are in canada though lol

i used to know some good ones, im gonna check back with you later on this with more names if i remember

hastyhost is on top of my list along with hostgator - hostgator has a lot of restrictions

i know the owner of hastyhost so you can IM me if you have any questions and i'll forward it to him :) hostgator on the other hand, I Have no idea who the owner is lol
