I think you've pretty much hit the nail on the head with your list.
For me, the Mist wasn't that good.
I'd say rent P2 instead.

i am legend, simpsons movie, and spiderman 3 - the one's that'll be on top of my list cuz they are pretty good in story mode and spiderman 3 has great action

didn't like cloverfield or 30 days of night or evan almighty

and i thought the mist was pretty good - it was based on the book and it was intended to be like that lol - the ending was funny though
