PTF file help..

Ok i am trying to download new PSP themes. Most all of the downloads are PTF files. What do i have to do with them? because RAR have to be extracted with winRAR. and Zipped folders have to be unzipped with some promgram also. So please help.

I'm not sure if I've heard of PTF before.
Have you googled anything on it?

shouldn't you just connect your psp to your pc and just put that in the folder? or even put it in your memory card

i haven't tried that yet even though i have a psp - i will over the summer if i can find my charger lol, but you'll probably have it figured out before that
