dtp announced its newest RPG, Venetica, developed by Deck 13, set in 16th century Venice. You are as Scarlett, the daughter of Death, who is an actual person of flesh & blood and goes by the name of Corpus. A mistake is made, and a second Death, named Victor, appears, who with the help of magic pushes his own agenda. It is up to Scarlett, who also possesses supernatural powers, to come to her father's aid.

Venetica is in development on Xbox 360 and PC, currently scheduled for 2009.
