I think that the lamest art what you can make is:
Copying/cuting some cartoon characters and then use painshop pro or something like that and make with special effects somekinda epic background and write ur name at the right corner.
I think you can say that : "I made this picture"
If u havent copied/cuted the picture/character.
And I know , my english kinda sucks.

Photo manipulation, editing, and composition arrangement is still art.
Nobody is claiming the renders.. just the composition itself.

well they aren't copy/paste pictures - they are renders used in layers and not many people can use that efficiently

and people don't say "I made this Picture" - they say "I made this Signature" :)

it is a bit of a skill.
i mean, making DECENT ones.
and I never go like "HAY I MADE THIS I AM AN AMAZING ARTIST AND I TAKE CREDIT FOR THIS WHOLE THING"

Well, like others have said, people are NOT claiming the render. The render is as much as a detail used to enhance the image, making it better. Signatures are just a different form of graphics. Without the render, (which I rarely use anymore, BTW), the signature most of the time is blah.

same I cant make those cool signitures like Linux, Riku-Nara and Kitty can but I still think they are awesome. but I dont have those feelings.
