Call of Duty 4 (Veteran Mode)

Can anyone give me hints on doing the 2nd last level (I think) the one where you get 9 mins (on veteran mode) to get to the control room to stop the nuke, but I keep dying, anyone got any idea's to survive :-P and get theirs in time? I'm so far I run down the stairs and their is the Spetsnaz logo I keep getting killed their or just after that ;( Help's please :mask:

I haven't played it on veteran yet, but the best thing to do when you have a time limit for something is try to memorize where all of the enemy's come out at. at the hall way part use a stun then go in and shoot them down. you don't have to kill every one of them so just try to be fast and efficient.

well uhh... i just use a lot of grenades and automatic guns. that's what helps me!

Play it on an easier difficulty first! then you'll know where all the good cover is and if that doesn't work why not go play something easy like pokemon
