This was a made for TV movie that came out on Sci-Fi (or A&E) a few weeks ago - it was a two part series totaling 3 hours of movie time. I liked it because it was sci-fi and i generally enjoy movies that try to kill the human race.
It wasn't the best movie in the world but it was enjoyable. Compared to "The Happening" this was the bomb. But if you like virus killing human movies, I'd recommend this to you.
Spoiler on the plot:
A Virus is sent back from the future through a worm hole that is picked up by a NASA Satellite. The Satellite Crashes Near Piedmont, Utah. Two kids find it and bring it back to town. They open it up and die in seconds. Their veins and capillaries just pop out and their blood is dry.
There was only two original survivors and they find out it has to do with the stomach acid. Later on they find out the only way to cure this is to go a few kilometers under water near some heating vent to get the bacteria known as "Bacteria From Hell" since they live so far down in the dark and the extreme heat. (I think this is real in real life too, known as Baccilus Infernus.)
Then they just spray it all over with helicopter and boom, its all fixed.
It was pretty entertaining, they could have done much better with the story and explain why those two scientists made out when the guy has a wife and a kid back at home lol.
I liked it, anyone else seen the movie?
