Where would you want The Super Bowl to be held (if you had the power)?

If you were a mayor of a big city, or if you weren't...where would you think the Super Bowl or another championship event would be most welcoming in terms of hospitality, tourism, kindness and popularity of the city? I am hoping for a Super Bowl in New York, but they have no stadium to hold it in...maybe Giants Stadium, but there's something about it that would make it look weird...what do you think?

lol i was gonna say new york too, but a friendly city, how about the windy one? chicago for the bears, they have done well this season compared to their earlier ones lol :)
