Every Shenmue that has ever been made has flopped so it's not surprising. Still crazy Shenmue cost so much too make, was over 70 million back then.

Sega needs scrimp and save money and put it into development where there's a good chance to make profit, Shenmue 3 is not one of those. People just aren't understanding the business end of gaming
