he meant like you do random things out of no where - go up to people in the mall and call them ugly or go to a store with the auto price checker - fill up a shopping cart, check all the prices, and leave the cart there and see if any one responds lol

if it's nudity in like a movie or something it's allowed, as long as the nudity isn't the focus (like i've seen music videos with nudity, but you can't put like a section of hostel up thats just naked chicks walking around)
