Need HTML Help

Hey guys. Anyways, I'm trying to create a form for my clan site, so that all the members could fill in the info themselves and edit it whenever they'd like. I created a form, but does anyone know how I could like..make it so that they could edit/fill it in whenever they want. Like is there a code for that?

and i doubt u can do that with html, just tell them to send u the info for change so U can change it

would be php but read what thor said lol, i dont even know how to do it, unless u have joomla and u give them their accounts and whatnot lol
