Spore, Worth it?

I haven't played SPORE yet, and I was wondering whether or not it was worth the money. I heard it IS AMAZING, and I should GET IT IMMEDIATELY.

On an off topic note I'm working on slipping subliminal messages in my forum posts. Is it working? I'm more wondering about Spore here.

No its not worth it at all, the only bit of spore that didnt get downgraded was the cell stage everything after that is just plain boring although making cars, boats and space ships was quite fun.

Really? I'm quite disappointed...though I do want some other opinions before I decide. =P

well i bought it and it was ok. i played it on hard so it was a little difficult. but the first few days i played it was getting incresingly fun until i reached the space stage. everything just seemed to take too much time for me. like job that i wanted to do would take atleast ten twenty minutes. i kinda stopped playing after i had two planets so i really don't know how much better it gets. but i'd say maybe wait until the price drops.

I think it looks really good but a bit too pricey. I haven't played on it but i'm looking forward to the price being lowerd. :D Lol

No, it's not really worth it. The gameplay is quite shallow honestly. The only thing I enjoyed was making creatures, kind of like playing with clay. =)

I could have sworn that I posted on this thread and said this wasn't a really good game to get and definitely not a keeper... o-o; Weird.

Anyways! It's alright, but not worth buying - I don't think. Wait 5 years and remember it. Lol.

I have played the game and also saw my roommate play it. At first, it seems like a very interesting and delightful game. One could say the game is "cute." As the game progresses, it becomes very dull and not as interesting. I would have to say it is not worth buying. It is worth "borrowing" from a friend, though.

I got Spore a few months ago. It's really fun, but when you get to the Space Stage, it's really boring.

I liked it actually. It can be addicting. But a little complicated and confusin at parts. I do't think it was a complete waste of money.

This game is really very good I bought it and I am happy about it. This game really keeps me busy and it's fun too.
