Uhm...Lets see...
The text shouldn't be Motion Blurred. It doesn't really match the flow of the signature, or the render, really.
Master Chief looks a little blurred, but that could be just be. I wouldn't blur renders, because that ruins them, and then they don't look half as good as they did.
The background Fractal doesn't really match Master Chief. I would have done a tech background or grunge background.
